The planning and monitoring process of the Department of Civil, Chemical and Environmental Engineering is developed in a cyclical and integrated manner. Typically, every three years, a Strategic Plan is drawn up, in line with the University guidelines, which defines objectives, actions, and performance indicators for teaching, research, and third mission.
Each year, these plans are monitored through the drafting of an Annual Monitoring Report, which assesses the progress toward the objectives and proposes any necessary corrective actions.
At the end of each three-year planning cycle, a Review is carried out, in which, in addition to analysing the degree of achievement of the objectives, possible changes in context are evaluated, along with the adequacy of both the Department organisational structure and the Quality Assurance system.
